This is a used copy of a hard-to-get Raytech Nubond 325 cutting lap. This lap has a couple of damage spots where a stone poked through the resin. The damage areas have been smoothed, and the lap remains serviceable. For someone wanting a resin-bond lap but on a very tight budget, this one will work.
